Abstract

The rapid digitalization of financial services has accelerated the integration of financial products into nonfinancial platforms, transforming how consumers access payments, credit, insurance, and savings solutions. Artificial intelligence (AI) offers opportunities to personalize these embedded financial services through predictive analytics, behavioral modelling, and intelligent recommendation systems. However, achieving effective personalization requires balancing consumer engagement, financial inclusion, data privacy, algorithmic fairness, and scalability across diverse markets. This study examines how AI-driven personalization can improve embedded financial product delivery by integrating consumer behavioral insights, contextual financial data, and adaptive decision-making architectures. It develops a conceptual framework linking AI personalization capabilities with consumer engagement, financial accessibility, product suitability, and cross-market operational adaptability. Particular attention is given to explainable AI, responsible data governance, bias mitigation, and regulatory differences influencing personalized financial recommendations. The analysis further explores how modular AI infrastructure, interoperable application programming interfaces, and localized decision models can support scalable deployment across heterogeneous financial ecosystems. The study provides strategic and technical insights for financial institutions, fintech providers, and digital platforms seeking inclusive, trustworthy, and sustainable personalized financial service delivery.
