The findings indicate that a large number of employees experience stress, anxiety, and burnout due to workload, lack of support, and poor work-life balance. The study concludes that organizations must adopt effective strategies such as counseling services, flexible working hours, and supportive management to improve employee well-being. This research paper focuses on the growing issue of mental health at the workplace and its impact on employees’ well-being and organizational productivity. In today’s competitive and fast-paced work environment, employees are increasingly exposed to stress, anxiety, and burnout due to factors such as excessive workload, tight deadlines, and lack of managerial support. The study is based on primary data collected through a structured survey conducted among employees from different backgrounds. The objective of the research is to identify the major causes of workplace stress and analyze its effects on mental health and work performance. The findings reveal that a significant proportion of respondents experience mental health challenges, which negatively affect their efficiency, motivation, and job satisfaction. Furthermore, the study highlights the importance of organizational support systems, including mental health awareness programs, flexible work policies, and a positive work environment. The research concludes that addressing mental health issues is not only essential for employee well-being but also for improving overall organizational effectiveness. Therefore, companies must adopt proactive measures to promote mental health and create a supportive workplace culture.
