Abstract

Addressing traditional barriers in mental healthcare such as stigma and accessibility, this paper presents HealixMind, an AI-driven digital wellness platform. HealixMind integrates natural language processing and real-time sentiment analysis to detect emotional distress and provide personalized, conversational mental health interventions. Paired with an intuitive, empathetic user interface, the system adapts interactions based on ongoing behavioral cues to foster user engagement and timely psychological support. Usability tests and performance evaluations demonstrate high classification accuracy and strong user adherence, illustrating HealixMind’s efficacy as a scalable, digital therapeutic solution.
