Abstract

 The Overall System Assistant is an intelligent desktop application that helps in simplifying the tasks on the computer through the use of Artificial Intelligence. The application has been designed in such a way that it allows the user to interact with it through voice and text. The assistant can perform desktop automation tasks like application launch, window control, and file and folder management. The assistant uses a local artificial intelligence engine called Ollama and Gemma 3:1B to answer questions in an intelligent manner. The other features of the system include voice replies, screen reading with the help of OCR, reminders, WhatsApp automation, and face authentication.
