Abstract
The rapid evolution of the Internet of Things (IoT) combined with modern web technologies has fundamentally transformed how industrial, environmental, and healthcare systems monitor dynamic environments. Real-time monitoring systems require low-latency communication, scalable data ingestion, robust edge-to-cloud integration, and intuitive user interfaces. This paper explores the architectural integration of IoT hardware protocols (e.g., MQTT, CoAP) with web application frameworks (e.g., WebSocket, HTTP/2, WebRTC) to deliver end-to-end real-time capabilities. We analyze systemic communication bottlenecks, data persistence strategies, and security paradigms, proposing a generalized end-to-end architecture optimized for latency, throughput, and system reliability.
