Abstract
Consumers frequently juggle multiple credit cards to maximize cashback value. However, tracking diverse rewards, dynamic portal multipliers, and shifting milestone targets manually is highly inefficient, leading to constant value leakage. This study evaluates CreditIQ, a decentralized portfolio automation engine built using a Java Spring Boot logic layer and a 3NF MySQL database backend. We tested the engine's real-world viability by passing a simulation dataset of 5,000 transactions over a six-month window through a diversified four-card archetype setup. The experimental results demonstrate a clear 14.8% jump in total reward generation over typical unoptimized, random card choices. Furthermore, stress testing shows that the system returns card recommendations in just 42 milliseconds under normal operations, and stays well within 78 milliseconds under a heavy simultaneous load of 100 concurrent requests. These metrics confirm that algorithmic optimization can eliminate multi-bank reward leakage in real time without introducing lag at the checkout counter.
